DMCA notice and takedown
HentaiBin responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We do not host the underlying works; we index them and link to third-party sources. Where a notice identifies material reachable through this site, we remove the affected entries from the index.
How to file
Send a notice to [email protected] including all of the following:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The exact URL or URLs on hentaibin.com that you are asking us to remove.
3. Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Complete notices are actioned within 72 hours. We will confirm by email when the entries have been removed. Incomplete notices are returned with a note saying which element is missing rather than being ignored.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with the removed URLs, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside.
